Metal Works Can Make Whatever You Need For Your Farm

Need a Part to Keep Working? We Can Make It!

The traditional manufacturing model relies on economy of scale, making goods at the most convenient and economical location and transporting them in bulk to the place they’ll be used. But this doesn’t work for agriculture, where often a single part is needed for a repair or to provide a needed function within a very short timeline. This has historically required farmers to perform their own manufacturing and repairs.

Modern Technology Is Changing the Status Quo

Today, powerful CNC manufacturing technologies can custom-tailor single parts as needed. CAD (Computer Aided Design) software allows a designer to create a part to precise specifications, and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) allows a computer-controlled tool, such as a plasma or laser cutter, to produce it quickly and with unprecedented accuracy.

Metal Works Uses Technology in New Ways to Solve Old Problems

Thanks to these advancements, Metal Works can custom fabricate any metal part the agricultural industry might need. We have three specialized machines at our disposal—shapes processing equipment for beam, angle, square tube, rectangular tube, round tube and pipe, a plate processor with drilling and beveling capability and a 12kW Bystronic laser.

We use these tools to create parts with the detailed precision and quality required for accurate performance and longevity. These parts allow the agricultural industry to build, improve, and repair farming equipment such as tractors, combines, balers, milking machines, irrigation systems, fences, seeders, silos, and much more.

Having the Tools is One Thing—Knowing How to Use Them is the Key
