If you’ve been to Metal Works Supply, you’ve likely met Marissa Potts. She’s been with the company since the summer of 2021, stepping into her new role at a particularly challenging time for retail operations across the globe. Marissa has since become an integral part of the company, growing into her lead role in our retail operation.
Metal Works Employees Are Our Most Valuable Resource
It’s exciting to watch them grow and flourish, as Marissa has.
In the past year, Marissa has stepped into her lead role, taking charge of the Metal Works booths at the Farm Show, the Salmon Festival, and most recently, the Valley Contractors Golf Tournament. Her organizational and problem-solving skills are often on display during the exciting task of taking Metal Works on the road.
Marissa Gives Shopping at Metal Works Supply a Personal Touch
Many of our customers know Marissa well in the store, as she’s on a first-name basis with most regulars. Her customer service skills are also showcased at our monthly employee appreciation barbecues, where she can often be found serving food to the hungry masses.
Marissa is also quite the artist! As you can see in the photo, she’s keen on updating the signage at Metal Works Supply and has done a simply brilliant job of keeping our appearance fresh and appealing. We love working with people like Marissa and are proud to have her in the Metal Works family. Congratulations Marissa!
