Structural Fabrication

The Metal Works structural fabrication facility allows us to provide a wide range of products. Not only do we have a state-of-the-art 18-acre campus, but we also have the experience and crews to manufacture and deliver your project.

Metal Works is known as one of the finest steel fabricators in California for commercial, retail, institutional, and industrial projects. We’re serious about quality, which is why we’ve invested heavily in CNC processing equipment. Our commitment to innovation is evident in the constantly updated technology we use during the fabrication process.

Here is a small sample of some of the technical structural fabrication capabilities at our center:

  • Unlimited burn hole size with “96” x 240” computerized plate processor capable of handling material up to 5” thickness, drill hole size up to 1-9/16” and unlimited burn hole size
  • Automated beam line capable of cutting up to 48” beams and drilling up to 1 3/4” holes
  • Robotic welding
  • Mig welding FCAW-G
  • CNC press break 3/8" x 10'
  • Shearing 3/8" x 10'
